How does the free trial work?
Every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged until the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like, no calls required. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one question we ask AI on your behalf, like "who's the best CRM for startups." Each plan gives you a pool of active prompts, shared across your projects.
What counts as a scan?
One full sweep: every active prompt asked of every model your plan monitors (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), then scored. Starter scans weekly; Growth, Professional, and Enterprise scan daily.
Why does "grounded" matter?
We only monitor web-search-enabled models. An ungrounded model only knows brands it memorized during training, so it reports 0% for any small or regional brand forever. Grounded probes match what real users actually see.
Can Enterprise pay by invoice?
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Professional are self-serve by card. Enterprise plans, including invoice billing, are set up when you talk to us.
